Aurich announces its first two reinforcements for the upcoming season
The teams participating in this year's Ascenso Tournament know that with the new format that the competition will have, their chances of moving up to the top category have increased. For that, first, they must put together a good team to fight. That is clear to the people of Juan Aurich, who have already announced their first two significant signings for the upcoming season.
They are the experienced Jhoel Herrera and Exar Rosales. The defender and the goalkeeper come from playing in the First Division and will undoubtedly be a valuable contribution to the interests of the Chiclayo team that was relegated. The 'Ciclón' confirmed both signings through their social networks.
Guaranteed experience
Herrera, who already played for Aurich in 2011 and was part of the title-winning team, is a right back and has played for Real Garcilaso in the last six seasons. He has also represented Sporting Cristal, Universitario de Deportes, Alianza Lima, and Cienciano, among other clubs.
On the other hand, Rosales, who played for Aurich in 2007, was a goalkeeper in the last three seasons for Comerciantes Unidos. He has also played for Sport Boys, Alianza Lima, and Municipal, just to name a few teams.
There is also talk in the Chiclayo team of the possibility of signing another 'heavyweight' to reinforce the defense: we are talking about Jair Iglesias, former Unión Comercio player. A few days ago, they had presented Carlos Cortijo as their coach.
