Juan José Oré is not 100% out of the Peruvian Football Federation. Despite the numerous rumors that suggested his departure from the Youth Technical Unit, Daniel Ahmed stated that there is still nothing confirmed about it and denied that Oré will no longer be part of the FPF definitively.

The 'Turco' spoke with 'Fútbol Como Cancha' from RPP Noticias and provided details about the issue. The Argentine strategist expressed that, at the moment, it only lacks Oré's acceptance of the proposal made by the FPF in order for him to continue in the institution, and that two days ago he had the opportunity to talk to him.

"A well-done selection process takes seven years, starting from Under-13 and concluding in Under-20. In this case, in the organization of the processes, beyond Under-15, Under-17, and Under-20, we have already started the selection process for 2021. Juan José, given his profile and experience, was part of this structure. There hasn't been an agreement with the FPF, but there was an approval for him to take on this role. I spoke with him two days ago and we will see how things are resolved, I think the decision depends on Oré," Ahmed declared.

Likewise, the 52-year-old coach revealed that they have already interviewed eight people to fill the position of head coach of the Peruvian U-17 National Team and that the decision of who will be responsible will be made before next Tuesday.

"Edgar Teixeira will continue in Under-15, who has a very good pedagogical profile to work with kids of that age. In this case, for Under-17, we have already interviewed eight candidates, and on February 20th, we will discuss with Juan Carlos Oblitas the team to see who will assume the role of head coach. These are people with a good profile, which speaks positively about Peruvian football," Ahmed concluded.
