Julio César Chávez Supports José Antonio Meade and Faces Criticism

The former Mexican boxer, Julio César Chávez, posted a photo alongside André-Pierre Gignac where he took the opportunity to send a message to the people who criticized him for supporting José Antonio Meade, the PRI presidential candidate.

"And now they will criticize me for this too? PURE CHAMPION," wrote the Mexican legend accompanied by the photo with the Tigres striker.

After supporting the presidential candidate, Chávez was insulted and criticized; however, he responded to people by stating that he would "support whoever he wanted".
