The Best of 2017: The 32nd Edition of the Survey by El País

The 32nd edition of the survey by El País chose the best of 2017. Among the categories, the best player in America was selected (Luan from Gremio), as well as the best coach (Renato Gaúcho), the team of the continent, and the best in each country, where the standout players who stood out in their leagues and in international tournaments are highlighted.

The list is led by the star of 2017: Luan. The Gremio player scored eight goals in the Copa Libertadores and was a key piece in lifting the trophy in the final against Lanús. His good performances have already caught the attention of big European teams.
