ovation from the Boston crowd as he entered the game midway through the first quarter. The Celtics were honoring their former player, who was traded to the Cavaliers in August, as part of a video tribute during a timeout. Thomas stood on the sidelines, waving to the crowd and blowing kisses to his family. He was visibly emotional, wiping tears from his eyes. Thomas struggled in his debut with the Cavaliers, scoring just 7 points on 3-of-11 shooting. Despite his efforts, the Celtics were able to contain him and dominate the game. Rozier, starting in place of injured point guard Irving, was the star of the show. He made 7 of 10 shots, including 4 of 6 from beyond the arc, and added 4 rebounds and 3 assists. Jaylen Brown also had a strong game with 18 points and 6 rebounds. The Cavaliers, who were missing key players including Kevin Love and Tristan Thompson, couldn't keep up with the Celtics' relentless defense. They shot just 35 percent from the field and turned the ball over 15 times. LeBron James led the team with 19 points, 6 rebounds, and 4 assists, but it wasn't enough to overcome the Celtics' balanced attack. The victory was a statement win for the Celtics, who have now won 4 straight games and sit atop the Eastern Conference standings. It also marked a successful return for Thomas to Boston, where he was a beloved fan favorite before being traded. The Celtics may have lost a star player in Irving, but they have shown that they are still a force to be reckoned with in the East. As for Thomas, he will have to regroup and find his rhythm with the Cavaliers. It may take some time for him to adjust to his new team and get back to the level of play he exhibited in Boston. But with his determination and talent, it's only a matter of time before we see the "King in the Fourth" back at full strength.
