Danilo Carando, former forward of Real Garcilaso, left the Cusco team to join one of the greatest players in history: Diego Armando Maradona, who, as a coach, is the manager of the Fujairah FC from the United Arab Emirates.
The team led by Maradona, the Fujairah FC, is in the second division of the mentioned country; but this wouldn't be Carando's first experience in the Middle East, since in 2016 he was part of Al-Ahli from Qatar.
Although the reasons for his departure from Real Garcilaso have not been revealed yet, what is true is that Arab football, although it does not have a great football level, it is one of the leagues that offers greater economic benefits, a proposal that probably did not rival what was offered by the imperial team and other teams that approached the Argentinean at the time.
Wearing the colors of Real Garcilaso in 2017, Danilo Carando, 29 years old, scored 19 goals and will miss the opportunity to play the 2018 Copa Libertadores after his former team finished second in the Descentralizado last year.
