The Chivas Women's team continues with Luis Camacho leading the way, preparing for the upcoming tournament where they will defend the recently won crown against the Pachuca team.

Goalkeeper Blanca Félix: Guadalajara is the Rival to Beat

One of the standout players and one of the most important faces of the team, goalkeeper Blanca Félix, knows that now Guadalajara is the team to beat in the Women's League due to their recent achievement.

"I think we need to keep going, aim higher, improve. We know that everyone will want to defeat Chivas, as they are the champions. We need to work, stay grounded and maintain the same humility we have been working with. We need to keep doing things the same way," Félix commented.

Not Being Conformist: Chivas Women's Team

Félix mentioned that they have already come to terms with their feat of becoming the first champion of a professional women's league in Mexico; however, they cannot settle for just that.

"This team is not complacent. We have already been champions. Our next goal is to become champions again. This team always aims for the highest. It's Chivas. Chivas always has to be at the top. Every day, we are motivated to surpass ourselves," she concluded.
