One of the big absences in the 2018 World Cup is Chile. The two-time Copa America champions and finalists in the last Confederations Cup were eliminated from the tournament after being defeated by Brazil 3-0.
The pain still lingers in Chile and one of the football players who expressed his feelings was Marcelo Díaz. The midfielder expressed his anger during the draw for the 2018 World Cup.
Díaz, current player of Pumas UNAM from Mexico, posted the following message on his Instagram account during the Russia 2018 draw: "What a rage, damn it..." accompanied by an angry emoticon.

Marcelo Díaz was left out in the last double matchday of the Russia 2018 qualifiers by Chile's former coach, Juan Antonio Pizzi.
