Fans will be able to enter the National Stadium with drums, cymbals, and snares, only and exclusively requested and officially authorized by the Peruvian Football Federation (FPF) and under their responsibility in the North, South, and East stands. However, the entry of pyrotechnics or similar artifacts is prohibited. The entry of alcohol and intoxicated people, as well as people wearing face paint, clothing, or accessories that hinder the proper identification of spectators, is also not allowed.
A party about to begin. The Ministry of Interior also authorized the FPF to enter and place a giant flag, made by Peruvian fans, along the North stand. Its use must be coordinated in advance with the PNP and the Fire Department in order to avoid circumstances that affect the visibility of attendees or acts that disrupt public order.
