James received a technical foul after an altercation with Frank Ntilikina and Enes Kanter in the first quarter. This scuffle seemed to ignite the Knicks, who took the lead and even extended it to 23 points towards the end of the third quarter.

Cavaliers' Late Surge

However, the Cavs made nine three-pointers in the final quarter, after hitting only seven in the first three quarters. This victory marks their eighth consecutive win at Madison Square Garden.

Standout Performances

Tim Hardaway scored 28 points and grabbed 10 rebounds, while Kanter added 20 points and 16 rebounds. Kristaps Porzingis, on the other hand, only made seven of his 21 attempts and finished with 20 points.
