Kyrie Irving scores 25 as Celtics beat Thunder 101-94

Kyrie Irving scored 22 of his 25 points in the second half as the Boston Celtics overcame an 18-point deficit to defeat the Oklahoma City Thunder 101-94 on Friday, extending their winning streak to seven games.

Dominican player Al Horford scored 17 of his 20 points after halftime, while Jaylen Brown contributed 10 points and 12 rebounds for the Celtics. Boston has held their opponents to 94 points or fewer in all of their victories during this winning streak.

Paul George had 25 points and 10 rebounds, and Russell Westbrook added 19 points and 11 assists for the Thunder. Carmelo Anthony finished with 10 points and 14 rebounds, but only made 3 of his 17 field goal attempts.

Spanish player Alex Abrines contributed 6 points, 1 rebound, and 2 assists in 12 minutes of play for the Thunder.
