At 42 years old, Anderson Silva has nothing to prove to the world of mixed martial arts (MMA). But the former middleweight champion (185 pounds) of the UFC doesn't seem to be thinking about hanging up his gloves just yet, quite the opposite.
Currently, Anderson Silva is preparing for the tough fight against the Mexican-American Kelvin Gastelum, whom he will face next November at UFC Fight Night 122 in Shanghai, China.

This week, 'The Spider' posted a video showing the intense training he has been doing for this fight. In the video, he can be seen sparring (with his guard down, of course) in an enviable physical condition.
"Live your life without letting fear enter your heart. Respect everyone and their opinions. And make sure they respect yours," is one of the messages Anderson Silva delivered in this motivating video.
The fight between Anderson Silva and Kelvin Gastelum was supposed to take place on June 3rd in Rio de Janeiro, but a positive doping test from the Mexican-American fighter forced the fight to be postponed until late November.
