Robert Lewandowski praised Claudio Pizarro: "I learned by watching him."

As part of a series of videos, the Bundesliga published a tribute to Peruvian forward Claudio Pizarro. The footage shows a summary of the 'Bombardero's' career and also includes the opinions of two important players: Robert Lewandowski and Manuel Neuer.

The Polish player, as we know, is the top scorer for Bayern Munich. He is also very close to surpassing Pizarro's record as the foreign top scorer in the Bundesliga.

"(Claudio Pizarro) knew what to do with the ball. I have no problem saying that much of what I know, I learned by watching him," Lewandowski can be heard saying.

Manuel Neuer, one of the best goalkeepers in the world, also took part in the tribute to Claudio Pizarro. "We had fun with him, he is very important for any team."

Claudio Pizarro was fortunate to share the dressing room with both of these superstars and other great footballers such as Arjen Robben, Franck Ribéry, Philipp Lahm, among others.
