The German pilot won the Hungarian Grand Prix and ranks behind Prost and Schumacher in the historical classification of victories in Formula One Grand Prix.

The German four-time world champion Sebastian Vettel (Ferrari), who won the Hungarian Grand Prix on Sunday, thus equaled Ayrton Senna's 41 Formula One victories, who died in an accident at the San Marino Grand Prix in 1994, after winning three titles for Brazil.

Vettel now shares the third-best record of all time with Senna, only surpassed by the four-time French world champion Alain Prost, who won 51 Formula One races, and by the German Michael Schumacher, the record man in the premier category of motorsport, with seven titles and 91 victories.

At the end of the race, Vettel remembered Bianchi and dedicated the win to him: "This is for you, Jules." Ferrari did it too. "We dedicate this victory to the memory of Jules Bianchi, a fantastic guy whom we all miss terribly," Marchionne said in a statement from Ferrari.
