Before starting the press conference, those present observed a minute of silence for the earthquake victims. Then, the deputy, Shamir Fernández, mentioned that people who want to contribute can bring the items on Saturday, the 23rd, from 9:00 to 17:00 at the park where the number pick-up will take place. It will also be possible to donate at the starting and finishing point on Sunday.
Furthermore, the runners will wear a black ribbon on their shirts as a sign of mourning for the earthquake victims that affected the center of the country.
On the other hand, the teacher, Juan Manuel Ríos, reported that registrations sold out since last Monday, with just over a thousand people registered. The possibility of opening up more spaces is being analyzed, although it is not confirmed yet.
