Horacio Pagani is one of the most controversial Argentine sports journalists. He works as a commentator on sports programs on the Argentine channel TyC Sports, and today he was outraged by the words of José Velásquez, former player of the Peruvian national team.
It turns out that, in an interview with the local newspaper "Trome", the 'Patrón' stated that the Argentines are "dirty" and will "bribe the referees". That's why he was called, via telephone, by TyC Sports. In the live program, he made other comments that Pagani condemned.
“I am convinced that they will do something to counteract the confrontation between Peruvians and Argentines. In '85, Camino went out to injure players and in the 2-2 draw between Argentina and Peru at the Monumental, the referee was bought," Velásquez said.
