Ronald Quinteros, the midfielder, has separated from Juan Aurich and this morning he signed and trained with Universidad César Vallejo to play in the Second Division tournament.

And one day he came back.

Ronald Quinteros has left Juan Aurich de Chiclayo and this morning signed with University César Vallejo, after reaching a happy agreement with the team from Trujillo, which is currently competing in the Second Division championship, where they currently hold second place with 34 points, one less than the current leader Sport Boys from Callao.

Even yesterday, 'Patito' Ronald Quinteros trained with the rest of the 'Poeta' squad and could be considered by Colombian coach Francisco Cortés for Saturday's away match against Deportivo Coopsol at 3:30 p.m. at the Rómulo Shaw Cisneros stadium in Chancay, valid match for the nineteenth round of the promotion tournament.

Ronald Quinteros was with César Vallejo squad last year, playing in the Copa Libertadores against Sao Paulo and, after being released from 'Ciclón', he quickly negotiated and will finally reinforce the Trujillo team, which is fighting to return to the top division of Peruvian football after relegating in the 2016 Descentralizado.

With midfielder Ronald Quinteros, two other players have arrived for the second round of the Second Division championship: forward Jairsinho Baylón and Argentine midfielder Gustavo Rodas, who already made his debut last week at Mansiche against La Bocana, scoring a goal with the 'poeta' jersey.

Midfielder Ronald Quinteros started in the youth divisions of Alianza Lima, a club he defended for two seasons (2003-2004). Then, 'Patito' played for other clubs such as Deportivo Municipal (2005), Unión Huaral (2006), Universidad San Martín (2007-2011 and 2012), Unión de Santa Fe in Argentina (2011), University César Vallejo (2013-2016 and 2017), and Juan Aurich (2017).

Ronald Quinteros, at 32 years old, has won five national titles, two with Alianza Lima (2003-2004) and three with Universidad San Martín de Porres. With the 'santo' team from Santa Anita, he won the titles in 2007, 2008, and 2010, respectively.
