The cremas won in the final minutes of the match with a penalty goal from Luis Tejada.

Universitario de Deportes came from behind against Unión Comercio in the 94th minute of the match with a goal from Panamanian Luis Tejada. The forward scored after referee José Mendoza awarded a penalty in favor of the "cremas" for a handball in the area by Denis Vásquez.

In the images captured by Fútbol en América, an action by Juan Manuel Vargas - raising his arm towards Reimond Manco's face - was punished with a yellow card, but the panelists believe he should have been sent off.

In another situation, there was contact between Ángel Ojeda and Javier Núñez in Universitario's penalty area. The "crema" player fell, but the referee decided not to award a penalty.

After the break for the elimination matches, Universitario will face Alianza Lima in the second round of the Clausura Tournament.
