VIDEO. Sport Boys fans suffered but ended up enjoying a great victory in Callao this Saturday against Unión Huaral, at the start of the Second Division rematch. The pink team came from behind and defeated 'Pelícano' 2-1, which keeps them as the leader of the promotion tournament.
It was Unión Huaral who surprised first at the Miguel Grau with Diego Sánchez's goal at 37 minutes. There was concern among Sport Boys fans, but they didn't stop cheering for the 'Misilera' to overcome adversity, which they finally achieved.
Before the end of the first half, Johan Fano equalized in the Port. But the anxiety among Sport Boys fans continued due to the difficulty of the Unión Huaral team, until the winning goal from Renzo Sheput arrived. The former Sporting Cristal midfielder scored in his debut with the chalaco team.
With this result, Sport Boys remains the absolute leader of the Second Division with a 9-point lead over their closest followers, César Vallejo and Sport Victoria, who will face each other on matchday 15 of the promotion tournament.
