The participant of the second season of the reality show The Ultimate Fighter Latin America made his debut in the lightweight category this afternoon on the early prelims card of UFC Mexico at the Arena Ciudad de México.
After having weight cut issues, but managing to make the 156-pound limit yesterday, Herrera was the first Mexican to step into the octagon, where he was submitted by Jordan Rinaldi via Von Flue in the second minute of the opening round.
