Henry Briones returns to the octagon at UFC Mexico

Henry Briones returns to the octagon on the preliminary card of UFC Mexico on the night of August 5th at the Arena Ciudad de Mexico, where he will face Brazilian jiu-jitsu expert, Rani Yahya.

Briones was training to face Brad Pickett in the Englishman's retirement fight, but an eye injury took him out of the match. After the recovery process, he is ready to step back into the cage and face Yahya: "He is a tough opponent and I have prepared for all the scenarios he can provide. I know he will try to take me down, and I am prepared to defend as many times as necessary," he said.

'Bure' comes from two consecutive defeats and knows that this fight is of crucial importance to stay within the promotion: "It is a victory that I definitely need, a fight for life or death for me in the company," he added.
