The adviser of Brazilian star Neymar, Wagner Ribeiro, assured the media that Paris Saint-Germain will pay Barcelona the footballer's release clause of 222 million in "the coming hours" and could present him "at the end of the week."
Ribeiro made these statements upon arriving at Barcelona airport with Neymar and his father. The footballer announced a few hours earlier his departure to his teammates and Barcelona executives, who referred to the release clause to allow his departure from the team.
