Mexicans Rommel Pacheco and Jahir Ocampo become finalists in the men's individual 3-meter springboard event at the 2017 FINA World Swimming Championships.
In the preliminary rounds, Jahir Ocampo advanced in seventh place with a score of 444.95, while Rommel Pacheco finished in tenth place with a score of 431.75. In the semifinal stage, Pacheco placed third with a score of 478.90 and Ocampo finished in eleventh place with a score of 427.15 points.
Both competitors will now vie for medals in the final on Thursday.
On Thursday, the preliminary rounds of the women's individual 3-meter springboard event will take place, featuring the participation of Arantxa Chávez and Dolores Hernández.
