Arsenal ready to break the market with expensive signings
Unlike previous seasons, Arsenal is willing to break the market with expensive signings. In fact, Arsene Wenger's team has already made the first move by securing the goals of Alexandre Lacazette.
'Telefoot' reported that Olympique Lyon and the English club have reached an agreement for 53 million euros to close the signing of the forward who ended last season with 37 goals in 45 games, in all competitions.
For that amount, Alexandre Lacazette will become the most expensive signing in Arsenal's history. In addition to a large sum of money, the 'Gunners' took advantage of Atletico Madrid's inability to sign players until January to acquire the attacker.
According to the English press, the player will travel to London, between Monday and Wednesday, to undergo a medical examination with the 'Gunners'. Then, at the latest on Friday, the club will make the official announcement.
