AC Milan announced on Thursday the signing of left-back Ricardo Rodriguez, the club's third reinforcement for the upcoming season, along with Argentine defender Mateo Musacchio and Ivorian midfielder Franck Kessié.
This means that midfielder Matías Fernández will have "national" company in the Lombard team, as the player has a Chilean mother and a Spanish father. In fact, he could have played for "La Roja", but he was rejected at the time by coach Claudio Borghi, ultimately opting for the Swiss team.
