The destiny of Julio Cesar Uribe could be in the highlands. The latest reports from the Bolivian press indicate that the team of San Jose de Oruro is looking to close a deal with 'Diamond' to be the technical director of the team.
According to the portal "Diez.bo", the leadership of San Jose de Oruro has Julio Cesar Uribe as their main candidate to replace former coach Freddy Cossio. However, the economic demands of the former Peruvian striker are quite high.
"Uribe is the main candidate to take the helm of San Jose but the economic demand of the Peruvian is an obstacle to reach an agreement," the report said.
In case the negotiations with Julio Cesar Uribe do not succeed in San Jose de Oruro, the other alternatives to take on the role of the 'miner' team are the Argentines Roberto 'Tito' Pompei and Cristian Grabinski.
