On the other hand, Nyom has said goodbye through an emotional letter to the Granada fans, the club where he has played for the last six seasons, now that his move to the English Watford has been confirmed, a club that is also owned by the Pozzo family.
In his letter, the Cameroonian player recalled "as something distant that summer of 2009 when I arrived in Granada, without speaking Spanish, without friends, but with mountains of enthusiasm to find my place and play for the team of the city", which was then in Segunda Division B.
He also wanted to highlight that "after 218 games defending this shirt, I became a footballer, I managed to become an international and play in a World Cup", and personally, he also reflects that "here I was able to start a family".
He thanks the city, the fans, the club, the teammates... for all the love received and "I leave to face a new challenge at a new club with the same mountain of enthusiasm, but I realize that now I carry something else, I carry Granada with me".
