Chile announces its squad for the Confederations Cup

A total of six "Mexicans" have been called up by the Argentine Juan Antonio Pizzi, coach of the Chilean national football team, to participate in the 2017 Confederations Cup in Russia.

The coach revealed the list of "Andean" players who play abroad, which will be complemented in the coming days with the players who play in the Chilean league.

The Liga MX contributes the defender from Cruz Azul, Enzo Roco, as well as the midfielders Francisco Silva and Martín Rodríguez, who also play for "La Máquina Celeste".

In addition to the forwards Eduardo Vargas from Tigres UANL, Nicolás Castillo from Pumas UNAM, and Edson Puch from Necaxa.

Chile is placed in Group B of the Confederations Cup, where they will make their debut on June 18 against Cameroon, then play against Germany on the 22nd, and close the group stage on the 25th against Australia.
